Throvin and Beilin (þrovin emi bælin in Felinese) are two incorrigible flirts and the joint proprietors of a bar in Fhurai, on the outskirts of the town near Chelsie's villa.
As identical twins of opposite gender and true-blue felin, they regularly trick people into going with one of them, then switch places.
It is incredibly difficult to tell them apart since, as felin, the boy of the two looks equally girly as his sister. One wears mostly black clothes, the other mostly green, but they regularly trade.
