I would but I haven't installed that plugin.

And you would need to pay $0.99 to install it :D

Has anyone tried playing the latest Google doodle? It's an online multiplayer and actually quite fun.

Not sure what Jistuce's beef with the YouTube tag is; I like getting to see the thumbnail and title of a thing before I actually click the link to watch it.

Personally, I'm fine having it available. Although I believe it should only be used in moderation, and if I quote a post containing a YT tag, I manually edit it into a URL instead so it doesn't load the preview in every quoted post.

I could almost imagine xkcd making a Venn diagram of this or something. Or they might already have, I just haven't seen it yet.

Better get that oil changed soon, Musk!

Remember to top up the headlight fluid :D

Speaking of Tesla
Tesla VS Hard Things

Recently I've been looking more and more into vehicle safety ratings and crash tests. It's fascinating how something presumably solid deforms with enough force, and how it's made to deform in a deliberate (if not controlled) manner.

Hahaha, if only Toei Animation would crack down on this instead of targeting legitimately entertaining material like DBZA. :D

Speaking of SAO, due to my positive impression of GGO, I've decided to watch SAO:Alicization. It picks up some time after the events of the original SAO, retaining a good number of the original cast. So far, it doesn't seem necessary to have an in-depth knowledge of SAO prior to watching, and the story is progressing fairly well. Hopefully, it'll continue like this for the entirety of the series.

Also following Goblin Slayer and Tensei Slime at the moment. I watch them back to back, usually leading with GS first. It's interesting how drastically different the ubiquitous goblins are portrayed in either show. I'm thinking extermination in one, and cooperation in the other (hopefully in the right order :D)

I appreciate my fair share of Moe. But the amount of anthropomorphization Japan has been pumping out is getting ridiculously getting close to the singularity. The Anime commandments must has Rule 34 and 35 right on top of the list. Followed closely by incest is wincest.

Or simply give up computers for good - after all, a secure PC is one that is sitting inside its shipping box, not to be plugged to anything EVER. Make sure to remove the CMOS/RTC battery too!

I think I can make do with having my main rig as a standalone, and a sacrificial rig for online stuff. Only way to get anything from/to the standalone is probably a removable device to be used exclusively between the two. So unless someone finds a way to read EM signals leaking from the power lines for example then... oh may gawd.

Hahahaha, I guess that safety officer did get his ass ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I love those vintage education videos, there's a certain appeal with their presentation.

@Nicolas Steel
In the simplest terms: the value of the kilogram is no longer dependent on a single physical object (i.e. the IPK), but rather on a defined mathematical concept.

I'll believe it when they get recordings that prove the absence of a bear suit.

But isn't the absence of proof the proof of absence itself? :D j/k

Yeah, it's hard when there is no solid evidence either way.

Comparison of FC2 vs FC5

I was watching it for a while when I read the description where it mentioned FC5 being shown before FC2. So FC2 actually had better realism?
