I've never deleted a post. Edit a post like 3-6 times? Totally my style. Delete it? Nope. So... maybe something crapped out? Licensed Pirate® since 2006, 100% Buttcoin™-free, enemy of All Things JavaScript™ |

In the source, there is no postbody-classed tag, but replaced with a blank line. So I'd think it's the tool's fault. An empty post would have an empty tag, no? working post: botched post: Maybe some obscure character was used, and then the software just nuked it? EDIT: Only in the preview. There was a certain photograph about which you had a hallucination. You believed that you had actually held it in your hands. It was a photograph something like this. |

Would it be possible to make the "Edit" button available for all posts as a logged-out user, but requiring authentication like regular logged-out posting does? So you're saying there should be an edit button visible on all posts when logged out, even though when you're logged in you only get edit links on your own posts (assuming you're not staff), even though no other board I know of does this? |

Yep. No other board I know of has the "post while logged out" feature either. But it seems reasonable that you should be able to do either both or neither. (On second thought, most imageboards actually have this feature as well, requiring a password for post deletion even for users with tripcodes) There was a certain photograph about which you had a hallucination. You believed that you had actually held it in your hands. It was a photograph something like this. |

OK, so guest editing was a bit too edgy. But shouldn't you be able to guest post threads? Also, shouldn't the board name in Last posts link to the board? For instance, Discussion -> /bboard/forum.php?id=2 There was a certain photograph about which you had a hallucination. You believed that you had actually held it in your hands. It was a photograph something like this. |

Guestposting threads I could consider I guess. As for your other question, why should the » in the "last post" column not go to the last post? |

I'm not sure. Because it's part of the UI? So that you should be able to select the post ID on mobile? Because there's no header? There was a certain photograph about which you had a hallucination. You believed that you had actually held it in your hands. It was a photograph something like this. |

No header? It says "last post" on both the board index and thread list, what are talking about? Oooooh, you're not talking about that column at all, are you? Well, tough luck. I'm moving and won't be in a position to change the Last Posts page in any way. |

Code tags break the board layout, shouldn't they get a scroll bar if they're too big? Example. There was a certain photograph about which you had a hallucination. You believed that you had actually held it in your hands. It was a photograph something like this. |

I can accept Excel or whatever not doing newlines in formulas, but that doesn't mean you can't use them when posting one outside of Excel. Edit: and it freakin' does. I just tested it. |
