Hi :)

I recently bought this:
https://www.amazon.com/Mcbazel-Controller-Android-PC-Adapter-Converter/dp/B07GJV2PTL/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=snes+usb+adapter&qid=1607295603&sr=8-6

The description mentions:
"NOTE: extra driver may be required on Mac, which is NOT included"

I tried my luck and connected the adapter to my iMac (with an original SNES controller attached to the adapter), launched bsnes v115 and the adapter seemed to work at first since I am able to map buttons in Preferences/Input. I might be limited to a single controller though since buttons mapping seem to yield the same values for both SNES controller ports on the adapter, but that isn't necessarily that big of a problem for me right now.

However, when I launch a game, the SNES controller seem to be undetected/inactive in bsnes. Nothing happens when I press a button, any button.

Thus I am wondering where the problem comes from.
- Is the adapter outright incompatible with bsnes?
- Do I need a mac-specific driver as the description note mentions?
- anything else?

Thank you very much for your help and guidance.
Best,
