Posted by tomman I tried the browser version, but IMO the ship/car clips a bit too much into the track when you drive up ramps in order to jump over an abyss, with the result that discount Lakitu heaves you back onto the track. Posted by tomman Back in 2018 I got myself a Sharp Aquos LC-48CFE4042E, specifically because it wasn't a 'smart' TV. (But even if a TV lacks Google's version of Android it could be a worse OS...) EDIT: Speaking of sizes, my PC is on a 31.5" display. And while I want to upgrade in the future to an OLED (or better) screen, going down from that size wouldn't fill me with joy. Still playing HoloCure (free), trying to finish all 7 stages with all the girls. Down to the last 4 (Anya, Kobo, Kaela, Zeta)... Some games that I have installed but not played yet: - Hotline Miami - Hotline Miami 2 - Portal: Revolution (free) - Sonic Mania Steam wishlist: - Holo X Break (free): same dev as HoloCure, same fandom, release date 2024-03-29 - Horizon Forbidden West, release date 2024-03-21 - Outer Wilds, which is 40% cheaper until 2024-03-21... but by the time I get to it there may already be another sale... _ _ _ Then there's a new book of the Ascendance of a Bookworm series that comes out tomorrow... Posted by tomman After getting annoyed by crappy (un-)shielded audio cables for most of my life around computers, a few years ago I got myself an USB headset (Sharkoon Skiller SGH30). No more noise! The only thing I had to modify was putting black tape over the RGB illumination. Unfortunately the faux leather starts flaking off now... "Flare Nuinui Quest" is a Hololive fangame by Sulpx, currently still available as a free download here: https://sulpx.itch.io/nuinui-quest (139 MiB) An updated version is releasing soon on Steam under the Holo Indie fangame agreement, and the free version will then be unavailable.
