I have a question for Brian Provinciano and others SCI Studio's programmers. SCI Studio 4 is free o we must pay for it? I think that donate money for Brian is good, because he work whitout rest... but, too, i think that the people should see a alpha o beta of SCI Studio... not? As a programmer myself, I think that the next version of SCI studio should be free. But if you give some money, you should get a beta version of sci studio. I'm still using the present sci studio, so I don't need the sci studio vga righ now. Just wandering SkaZZ, why not translating sci0 games unstead? Robin Gravel |

It will be free. He just wants to give something extra to those who do donate is all. It is buggy and incomplete, so you can't make a VGA game with it yet, which is why it isn't released publicly yet. Basically this is an option for people who don't have patience to wait for it's release. I don't really want to point fingers... but there are alot of impatient people who want it before it's done(my self included). ;) |

Let Brian take his time, my only worry is that my C++ skills don't get too rusty by the time it's out... which reminds me, better do some revising and practice on SCI studio. I guess Sci0x is more like agi with better graphic and supports sound cards but it still is a type in writing game. Sci VGA is a new step for adventure games with 256 color and point and click. I understand why some people has released a little sci0 games at the moment. Most of them wish to make sci vga games. Robin Gravel |
