There are three things in this downloads folder, which explains the good condition of this device: This one is only a few months old. However, it is a Pedia, and these things go on forever like pure nintendium, so it might just be a hand-me-down with a factory reset. There appear to be two images as well as the Crafter archive, from a few months ago. Might as well have a look.
