I had ordered setting, but reappeared.
However, I understood trigger of the FPS abnormality.

FPS becomes fast when I push the "Hankaku/Zenkaku" key of Japanese keyboard.
("Hankaku/Zenkaku" is a key to start Japanese input)
As behavior, Fast Forward of Hotkeys get executed.

It's because difference from the scan cord in English and Japanese keyboard.
After invalidating applicable Hotkey, it did not reappear.

The focus is whether or not supporting Japanese (or other) language keyboard, I think.
This may be specification, I wonder.
Just for your information.
thx.

I can confirm this behavior. If I hit the Hankaku/Zenkaku, fast forward is toggled as if I were hitting tilda on a US keyboard. However, I can't untoggle it.
When I change the fast forward hotkey to something else, I can toggle/untoggle correctly.

I am sleepy, so I'll leave the translation to Kakashi this time.

> FPS becomes fast when I push the "Hankaku/Zenkaku" key of Japanese keyboard.

Ah ... the key at the top left for English keyboards is ~. I didn't realize it'd match the same keycode as Hankaku/Zenkaku.

What it does when pressed is turn off video/audio sync until you let go of the key. Perhaps the key acts as a toggle like numlock / capslock?

> The focus is whether or not supporting Japanese (or other) language keyboard, I think.

Yes, I think we should definitely support users from every region of the world.

I'm not sure how to fix this, but I'll try and get it resolved. I'd like to get a Japanese keyboard to test with, but they're kind of expensive to import.

You can remap the hotkey via Settings->Configuration->Hotkeys for now, and I will fix it in a future release.

Thanks for reporting and tracking down the bug.

I guess we'll keep looking for the cause of the Makai Toushi SaGa thing you reported. But it's the same, I tried playing the game here and the issue isn't happening.

> If I hit the Hankaku/Zenkaku, fast forward is toggled as if I were hitting tilda on a US keyboard. However, I can't untoggle it.

Ah, got it. So key on sends the keycode that corresponds to tilde (~) down, but releasing it sends a different code that doesn't match tilde up.

That's ... annoying.

I can just make fast forward a different key, but I want ~ to be mappable and usable without it being confused for Hankaku/Zenkaku.

Oh, I guess I'll translate the English to Japanese.
Personally, I actually would prefer the fast forward be there. It's just....always been there for me. I'm Bill Gates with Ctrl+F should be Forward rather than Find in Outlook. Only problem is....is there a workaround?

EDIT: Ah damn, I just spent all that time translating and he doesn't need it... :-(

Because I wrote it in Japanese daringly, I wrote the sense for a Japanese. lol
Of this case, "SUMIMASEN" in other words in English, seem in... "feel obliged"?
In Japanese, it's a same words.

So, I have problem, must really say I'm sorry.

I reported a game name by mistake.
Not SAGA, it is SEIKEN DENSETSU.
I wonder why I report mistake game name … I'm sorry.
and, it was pointed out first, I do not remember the movement with the actual machine.
I think that my bug reporting was slightly careless.

I went countless times through the french version of game Seiken Densetsu (Mystic Quest in French, Final Fantasy Adventure in the US) on my DMG-001 back in the days, and I can confirm that this sorta-weird-key-repeat is not a bug.
I think it gets amplified in your case, momomo, because you somehow disabled audio and/or video sync in Higan.
