RGB is the PC equivalent to fart exhausts and body kits on ricer import cars. All show and no go... and sometimes even makes them run worse. I still have no idea what I'm talking about. |

Huh, sadpanda is back online. Dunno how they managed to sort out their impending doom, or if it was gratuitous drama from the very beginning (it all started with the site admin wanting to step down or something, but now the entire thread has been deleted). Anyway, fuck any law or country that pretends to ban fiction just because some people with clear mental diseases can't tell apart between reality and drawings. Apparently, there's going to be shadow banning on Facebook, soon. Block comments so no one but the poster can see them. Leave them in the dark. I'm going to ironically ask Kawa to implement this in the board's code (or just make a blanket ignore for sureofnothing). |

Posted by tomman I like keeping everything closed up in a nice, dark, silent case where I can't see it because I don't want to hear any of it. I purposely chose quieter components and run with big, slow fans to shut them up. The only vanity LED on the computer I'm using right now is on the mouse, and only to make sure it's on because the sensor is infrared. If I could no longer get stuff without extra RGB LED crap, it'd be like a huge tax on components. Unfortunately, as far as availability for us build-your-own types, we're heading that way. |
