A Blessed (felhru, or felHu in Felinese) is a felin who is hermaphroditic in nature. As rare as a female felin with breasts, or a male with a beard is, the Blessed are the rarest of all. They are hermaphroditic in the sense that they have both female and male sexual organs, both as functional as it gets, except that they are completely barren. Where other felin have the ability to control their fertility, a Blessed is never fertile.
The title is historical, originally given simply because the individuals were "blessed" with both sexes' genitalia, in a time when the mechanics of fertility were not 100% understood quite yet.
