Yeah, it's a mess. Nothing is intentional, everything's broken in various ways. The messages in the corner going away too fast is unrelated to the "walk by to stimulate" thing though.
Hey there, so I basically joined just so I could ask questions and maybe contribute a bit maybe possibly (because I have been fiddling) and I noticed this thread... not aiming to hijack it, but I would like a little more elaboration on the subject.
The inability to have sex seems exclusive to version 0.1.6 for me-- and while, yes, I'm pretty sure 0.1.6 constitutes as an unstable version anyway, I've been puzzling over it. The inability to access the sex options is definitely related to not having enough(or any in this case) STI. In 0.1.5 I found you can simply raise it by moving around in close proximity to NPCs, but that's not the case in this version. Was that changed intentionally, and I'm just not looking hard enough for the new trigger, or...?
I did manage to add a dialogue option meant to raise the player character's STI, but I also noticed that the dialogue box cancels out the messages in the upper left-- so you can't really see what's going on. My first instinct is to assume that this is why the triggers to raise STI have been turned off, but I don't like making assumptions.
Hi, I seem to be unable to have sex in the game. I can only hold myself. I have read the tutorial, checked the wiki, reinstalled. I am playing the current version, and am running windows 7. My frameworks are current. Am I missing something?
