What's the rest of the error message? There should be a stack trace. That'll tell me where exactly this index went out of bounds.

Noxico starts, but when I press "Start new game" I get "Index was outside the bounds of the array." error message. How can I actually start the game? My version of Microsoft .Net is 4.5.50709 62bit version of Noxico doesn't work for me for obvious reasons, it doesn't even start.
