If you've been payin attention you'd know that I always have ideas, omae. I'll be requestin a prof on da pile as suggested 'n such.

Speaking of ideas (heyooo, I'm at it again)! Could places 'n towns get some labels 'o shit like dat?

A small space on da home/building (like some sorta sign 'o mailbox) describing it when you use the look command. Such as Tammi's Tavern (Bar, Pub or wuteva dafuq), Pam's playhouse (In the case of an actual whore house, G), Sheelah's smithy or simply stating that some randomized npc lives there (Big tit Betty and carpet cleaner Lucy's residence).

Obviously shops 'n da like are planed, but here's an idea of what most peeps are spect'n. A pawn shop 'o general sto, Weapon/Armor stos or Smithy, an Alchemy sto 'o Apothecary of some sorts (Cannabis, nuff said), da bakery (where my eternal nemesis cheese cake lies...waiting, tempting me knowing I'll slip up), A gym (Goes with the bakery, perhaps you could pull the whole thickness/tone thang from CoC), Clothing stores, Some sorta salon/barbershop, an all dat jazz. They don't even have to all be in one town/city, they could be scattered throughout Nox, hell there could even be a whole economy goin on if we're really talkin bout immersion.

Just what are the levels of techno'g in Nox?

Aaand what would any fantasy game be without magic? There are too many bloody ways it could be handled, if you're plannin on implementin somthin like dat at all. You could do the schoolz 'o magick from TES (Cursed/Pornarinum do) or CoC's black an white schoolz, segregatin magic 'n shit based on color an attitude but still leaving leeway for general use (Demons in CoC do use white magic.)

Gonna write dafuq outta Chelsie as part of the nekomimi content, it'll be cake since I already have a fuck ton of info ta werk with.

I image her as cool, calm an confident in the spunky kinda way, secure in her place as one of the apex predators of Nox. She's the kinda gurl you can kick it with, but she'll take you when she's ready, no sooner no latter. When Chelsie tops she's nota bitch about it, she's playful...fully content to toy with her prey. While not the sharpest tool in the box, she ain't a fool either and when faced with someone more intelligent than her, she plays it cool stammering a bit in embarrassment while trying to keep up as best she can.

On the rare occasions where the hunter becomes da prey, she's chill about it because it'z the circle of life ya kno and it's lonely at the top. She can play the sub role if the time comes, purring like a kitten, despite how unused to the miraculous situation she finds herself in. Chelsie likes the smooth talkers and is willing to give'em a lil slack...but jussst a little bit; she can't let'em get too smug after all.

As a huntress she keeps her body nice and fit, living off a diet composed off of almost entirely meat. As for sexual preferences...a fuck's a fuck right? It shouldn't matter if you're packing a piece of meat for her to play with, a steamy, honey pot to eat out or both.

Overall, she may like ta talk shit, live by her predatory instincts and is so damn sassy, but she's sexy and she knows it. Chelsie's parents raised a tough gal, bring'n her up in a nice, aggressive environment, she's used to a lil rough'n tumble and won't hesitate to show ya how she express her affections...the way ma an pop did. If she likes you she'll letcha know...in her own way of course.

(Let me know if I've missed anything, or if there are any extra details that you'd like in Kawa. This is simply my break down of her character from the feedback you've compiled.)

As for her attitude towards the demon realm, I was never gonna work in demon hate into her biography anyhow. Why can't there be characters that think a cesspool of debauchery is da shit?

These are only thoughts and suggestions of how to handle Noxico's overreaching meta-plot, they do not have to be used in this form if at all, time to get this started. (Revisions/Additions)

We seriously gotta expand the history of the game. Give the "Demon Realm" a decent name for starters, Oblivion, Tartarus, Mealfas, Malfi, Yomi, Dis, Helheim, Ophidian and several others come to mind.

To quote Iubdou, the overlaying story of Nox is currently.

"This one time, at band camp, there was this girl I really liked and I wanted to impress her, so I asked her what she wanted most in the whole world. She told me 'The eradication of mankind and all the other worthless filth that contaminate this world!', so I rolled up my sleeves and opened up a portal for her. And that's the story of how I lost my virginity."

Let's take that guy at band camp and make him an sexually frustrated occultist, who really just wanted to get some ass. Let's call the poor sod Solomon (Sol to his friends...if he had any) for now. He wasn't a bad looking guy but he had zero confidence with the ladies, was utterly penniless, and was Unexperienced/0 when it came to every social skill, so he couldn't pimp his shit (whatever the hell that means).

One day sol stumbled upon the demon queen's summoning formula (a proscribed text at the time) and got the most, massive boner...ever. He got fucking excited and pretty much thought he could bind the queen bitch to his will. Turns out (he would find this out much later) that he went and fucked up the bindings due to his lack of experience, since his summoning skill was only Adept/3, not only that but he took some penalties due to having a heart filled with lust AND his book of blue magic was only a copy since it didn't even speak.

So the queen bitch, let's call her The Morrígan or Parvati for now, took advantage of the poor misguided fellow and gave him the most mind blowing head ever, sending subliminal messages up his dick and into his brain, played the part of his girlfriend, got him a harem, and taught him how to be a real man but never let him near her cunt, claiming that he'd have to do something in return as per the nature of the summoning. She even "taught" him how to summon her subjects, corrupting his conjuring knowledge along the way. Sol got sure of himself cause he thought he had THE demon queen eating out of the palm of his hands (can you blame him?) when actually he was being manipulated from the beginning, so he approached her to fulfill that itty bitty request so he could bone her.

The Morrígan puts on her baby face and tells Sol that she only wanted a few more subjects to join her in serving his whims. Since she "taught" him how to conjure "slaves properly" from the currently unnamed demon realm, Sol clasped his hands, rolled up his sleeves and opened the portal, with a formula his slave provided of course. Turns out, The Morrígan has been planning another incursion for eons, ever since she was banished from the realm by (insert pantheon of deities here), since they couldn't destroy her as long as lust (her sphere of influence) lingered within the hearts of mortals and that power made her a goddess of considerable power in her own right.

The wicked bitch thanks Sol by granting him immortality, fucking his brains out and back again before finally branding him with her emblem, so he'll always be known as the guy who fucked up. Unfortunately for The Morrígan, she had fulfilled the terms of her binding and was sent back into the depths of (insert name of the demon realm here), unable to cross the portal Sol had created because her essence was far too vast to fit (that's what she said).

Moving on to the initial invasion, the demons used gonzo steampunk technology to set up factories throughout Nox as part of the queen bitch's grand design. Under her direct orders, The Morrígan's subjects took hundreds of animals native to the realm and accelerated their evolutionary lines with (insert name of demonic energy source here) and ingrained a little bit of demonic culture into them. Other projects of the demonic legions included but are defiantly not limited to, polluting the environment with (stuff), thus (lightly) corrupting the nature spirits (dryads, sirens, nymphs etc) and erecting sex (Toys, chemicals, machines, biological creature) factories.

Humanity noticed this and didn't like the spread of demonic influence, calling upon Sol to close the portal with his intimate knowledge of demonology. Sol learned to his and the nobility of the realm's horror, that the condition of the portal's existence is that it last until either the queen slut decides to close it, someone can steal the formula from her greedy hands or all of Nox becomes indistinguishable form the unnamed demon realm. In the event that the realm of Nox does become a cesspool of lust, The Morrígan and her generals will be released into the world once again. The nations of Nox were all like hell no when they found out, thus they began a great crusade that lasted centuries, until the demonic incursion was stopped for the time being.

Thing is they were too late, the demons were already able to come and go as they pleased, not only that but they planted the seeds of their next plan. The Morrígan didn't care either, she had her foot in the door and had all the time to scheme that she needed.

After the crusades against the demons and their ilk, the humans were faced with a conundrum. They couldn't just put the now sentient anthromorphs (beastfolk/kin) down like the mindless animals they no longer were and the losses during the grand crusade the humans suffered (not just due to loss of life but seduction of their leaders, corruption of their towns/cities etc) were astro(fucking)nomical. The leaders of Nox decided to integrate the new peoples into society, especially since the residual demonic taint slowly dwindled with the passing centuries. Since then the crafted people have been a boon to the various civilizations of Nox, along with bolstering humanity's numbers should the demons ever attempt a second invasion ('n shit). Though there are some who suspect that The Morrígan intended for this to happen all along.

Faced with the reality of their situation, the leaders of Nox's various nations sent emissaries to the demon realm in an attempt to establish lasting peace between the mortal races and demonkind. The Morrígan, ever amused by mortals and their worthless ways, established the treaty of [blank] much to the surprise of the various royal houses of Nox when their cum plastered messengers returned. The treaty of [blank] more or less stated that there would not be another all out war between the denizens of Nox and demonkin, in exchange her subjects must be tolerated at the very least by Nox's citizens, unless there is a valid reason for hostility (IE: Any normal reason people are hostile towards one another, crimes 'n stuff).

Thus the cubi were welcomed into society (however grudgingly) and they have indeed carved out a place in the realm, bringing with them their uninhibited culture, open minded views towards all things even remotely sexual, and pleasures of the body, mind and soul. What is most startling to those who have observed the patterns of the demons since the invasion is how receptive the mortal races have become to the influx of demonic culture, utterly ignoring the fact that at anytime they could execute their mistresses masterstroke (n'shit).

I'm taking 120 hours off of work next week. I had vacation days piling up and my superior suggested I take a break, so I'll be spending all of that time starting tomorrow writing.

Oi Kawa! If you have not seen it already, I've been pitching Noxico to some talented people over on the CoC boards. I don't know if you have a problem with vampires or not but it's worth looking into.

I picture vampires working in Nox just as they do in TES. If you gorge upon (Blood, Souls, Sexual fluids, Emotions) then the sun won't affect you. As you go without feeding you gain more power and less resistance to the sun, with your vulnerability increasing till you reach the final stage and take sun damage every n ticks.

Idea, numbah twooo is pretty damn cool.

I was actually thinking something along these lines as well, except I pictured the PC being able to continue living after an game over, thus enabling a player to continue the game.

Picture an guardian angel, some sort of Valkyrie if you will (ever play too human?). It would be an (extraordinarily) rare event that revives a player upon death, the longer your playing time is, the more likely it is that this will occur.

So, as you may or may not be aware, K'wizzle, I have been doing this side project and several metric fuck tons of concepts have solidified.

As we all know, Noxico's transformations & descriptors are based off of CoC's....which was not all encompassing....the Fen man can't do it all, and no one should hold that against him, someone has to make stuff for him ta get off on. 8-)
