|Superman||Hello out there! Investigative reporter (now foreign correspondent) Clark Kent speaking. I'm trying to make a Superman AGI or SCI game, but I'd like to assemble a team of programmers, musicians, background plotters, sprite makers, and assistant writers. I'm in the middle of writing the script, and I'm sort of good at the sprites. The programming, backgrounds, and music kick me in the poop shoot. So if anyone would like some more info on this, or just wanna' talk comics and AGI, mail me at JusticeSociety@aol.com. Kent out.|
Hmmm, a superman-kind of game's not made in AGI yet and should be a rather interesting project|
Let's put deductive reasoning to the test. Since you've posted this in the AGI-board, you're planning on making the game in AGI, although your title states AGI or SCI. If this is correct, I can help out with programming and do some backgrounds (always like to try to draw new kinds of backgrounds ;) ) if you send descriptions of what you want them to be. It can be that you've got to wait a bit on them (maximum a week on the first few), but they'll come eventually. If you want to see some samples of my programming and drawing, take a look at Jiggy Jiggy Uh! Uh! (available at my site) Ignore Little Pirate for the samples, those pictures suck :-

Sorry for not responding, guys, I've had some health issues. Anyways, let's get down to business: The three of us should meet up in an AIM / AOL chat sometime and brainstorm. I've been experimenting with sprites for other potential superheroes (I.E. Captain America, Green Lantern, etc.) so it doesn't have to necessarily be a Superman game, though I think if we want to do the first comic book AGI (or SCI) game ever, it should be based on the first hero of the Golden Age - Superman.|
P.S. Maybe a flight system not unlike Police Quest I's driving system?
