I'm talking about the individual encoded bits you need to read in order to know which unencoded bit they represent. See the website I quoted earlier.

Ah okay. Well, I'm currently reading/writing at that frequency. Apparently the writing is accurate enough to satisfy the needs of the GC controller. The reading however, is not - I have determined that the raw data I'm collecting is not good enough (because ambiguous patterns form.)

I'm starting to feel as though the Teensyduino code is what's screwing me up. If I run the systick isr much more than 1Mhz, I start to hit problems. I have zero fears dropping down to ARM asm, but I definitely fear debugging at that level, dear god. Anyway, thanks.
